Lesson 1: The Art and Science of Getting in the Mood
Your homework for this lesson can be found on pages 13-19. I encourage you to do a Thought Download (TDL) every day. This will help you gain more awareness than anything else around what is going on in your brain. Do a TDL and pick one or two thoughts that might be causing you problems and do a model or two.
