Here's what you'll learn inside Embrace You!

12 Module Video Course

Each week you will be taught important tools to help improve every aspect of your relationship with yourself and your spouse.

Week 1 - Gaining awareness

This is foundational to all the lessons and coaching you will receive. Helping you understand your brain and why you are thinking the way that you are thinking is a critical skill that no one really talks about but it changes everything.

Throughout the course, we will implement processes to help you continue to gain awareness around what you are thinking and understand what your thinking is creating for you.

Week 2 - Navigating hard feelings

A deep dive on where these feelings come from, what we typically do with negative emotions, and what you can learn to do instead so that you feel better, much sooner. 

Week 3 - What it really means to “take responsibility” for how we think and feel

Now that you are gaining more awareness around your thoughts and feelings, you get to understand the power that you have in your own life when you take this kind of responsibility for them.

Week 4 - Beliefs

Understanding how our beliefs play out in our relationships and how to identify which ones you want to keep and which ones you want to change. And not just the ones on the surface, but the ones deep down that hold you back from what you really want.

Week 5 - Building a better relationship with yourself

Recognizing the inner dialogue that you have and how that shapes your beliefs about who you are. No more beating yourself up. Instead, decide on who you want to be and how to follow through with what you really want for yourself.

Week 6 - Confidence

How to reduce anxiety and build confidence so that you can be the woman you really want to be. You will gain the skill of feeling secure and grounded in every situation (in and out of the bedroom).

Week 7 - Relationships

Understanding what relationships are, how to love unconditionally, and your own lovability.

Week 8 - Relationship Tools

How to deal with difficult people, why you struggle in relationships, and how to show up as your best self in your relationships.

Week 9 - Desire & Arousal

Learning how your body works, how to create desire for yourself, and navigating desire discrepancies in your marriage.

Week 10 - Creating Desire

Learning about your sexual brakes and accelerators, eroticism, and fantasy. What creates desire specifically for you.

Week 11 - Sexual Health

What is a healthy sexual relationship and how can you create it? How to set up sexual agreements and protocols.

Week 12 - Going Forward

Setting goals to move you forward and be more productive.

I understand that talking about something so private as your marriage and sex is not something you normally do.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me.

You can be as private as you want to during our sessions and still participate fully.

While I am teaching I am the only one on camera.

When I bring you on for coaching you can leave your camera off, if you choose.

At first I was skeptical about “group coaching.” My sex life, and the struggles therein, are so personal.  

However, I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well it has gone and it has been more beneficial than I could have imagined.
