Individual Coaching
For individuals who want focused, personalized support. This is where the work gets specific and the breakthroughs happen fastest.
Individual coaching is for anyone who wants to work one-on-one with me privately. Women working on their own relationship with sex and their own body. Men trying to understand themselves, their spouse, or the dynamic they are stuck in. Anyone who is ready to stop circling the same problem and start actually solving it.
We meet weekly on Zoom. Each session is 45 minutes. I typically coach Tuesday through Thursday, 10am to 2pm Mountain Time. If you need outside those hours, reach out and we will find something that works.
Individual coaching does not require your spouse to be involved, though many clients find the work they do on their own has a direct effect on their relationship.

Couples Coaching
For couples who are ready to address the patterns they have created together and build something genuinely better.
Most couples counseling asks partners to train each other to “meet their needs.” The problem is that eventually both people wonder: are you doing this because you love me, or because I asked you to? That doubt quietly erodes everything.
I work differently. Couples coaching moves you into an integrity-based mindset where real change happens from the inside out. We address what each of you is contributing to the dynamic, how your individual beliefs and patterns are shaping the relationship, and how to build something that is actually worth wanting.
Sessions include both joint sessions and individual sessions so each of you gets space to do your own work. Both partners need to be willing participants for this to work.

For couples preparing for marriage who want to build a healthy sexual foundation before they say “I do.”
Most couples go into marriage with almost no real preparation for the physical and emotional side of their relationship. They have absorbed cultural messages, religious teachings that left big gaps, and a lot of unspoken assumptions. The Engaged Couples Program gives you and your partner a shared language and a healthy foundation before the wedding.
This course is designed specifically for couples in faith-based communities who want to approach sex and intimacy with honesty, clarity, and confidence. It is self-paced so you can move through it on your own timeline.
