The Best Experience!

This was the best experience I’ve had pursuing truly personal growth and intimate connection with my self so I can have better connection in all of my other life relationships too. I truly came home feeling like a new person and on day one was better able to process some intense emotions that came up and exercise greater self-compassion than I’ve ever felt for myself.
